10% - 20% of the final portfolio Gross Profit and £50 per hour for management billed monthly during the Porfolio duration. Costs depends on the size of the investment.
What is the timescale on my ROI?
This is your choice. A typical investment is for 6 - 12 months
You can often choose to take a quarterly return on parts of your investment. e.g. when an existing profitable site is purchased, you can choose to take the quarterly revenue.
You can choose to sell off the whole portfolio in one go after a fixed term or sell off parts as and when the time is right.
How much will i make?
Thats the same as asking, If i buy £10,000 worth of a ftse 100 companies shares today, how much will they be worth in a years time!
Its difficult to say, however returns are often far greater than standard investments. 25 - 500% returns are possible on some or all parts of your portfolio and are commonly seen and we can provide ‘real life’ examples for potential investors
We often buy a website for £1000, spend £1000 on monetising it and promoting it for 3 months to build 3 months of trading history then resell it on for 10 to 20 times that monthly revenue. e.g. if that site is then earning £500 per month, we offer it for sale for offers above £5,000.
The best way to test this type of investment is to take out an investment in the region of £10,000 for 6 months and measure your own returns.
