When Contacting us it would save time if you include

Traffic Stats for the last 3 months (plus more if you have them)
Info on where the Traffic comes from (PPC is fine with us as long as you provide the keyword list and current expenditure)
Revenue Stats - If it is currently making revenue, how much, where from and proof please.
Tell us about the site if it is not blatantly obvious.
How many hours per week does it take to manage
Would you stay on in a paid role?
Does it have any employees, e.g. forum moderators and are they paid or free

We pay between 3 and 20 months revenue (or if revenue is not a factor we will base our offer on the following) based on our independent review on the site which includes, but is not limited to, Type of site, Age of site, Page rank, Revenue (consistency), Links into the site, Traffic, Content etc
