When Contacting us it would save time if you include

Age of Domain
Traffic Stats for the last 3 months if it has any (plus more if you have them)
Info on where the Traffic comes from (PPC is fine with us as long as you provide the keyword list and current expenditure)
Revenue Stats - If it is currently making revenue, how much, where from and proof please.
Is it parked? Where and for how long
Has it been dropped
Its current Page Rank
Is it sandboxed or banned from Google?

We pay between 3 and 60 months revenue (or if revenue is not a factor we will base our offer on the following) based on our independent review on the domain which includes, but is not limited to, Type of domain and suffix, Age of domain, Page rank, Revenue (consistency), Links into the domain, Traffic etc
